Derilene McCloud, a leadership expert and diversity coach is the founder and President of The Process Learning Institute. The Process Learning Institute provides leaders and organizations with experiential learning experiences to improve their leadership style, create corporate partnering opportunities, learn how to implement value innovation processes into their organization and create a culture of inclusion by developing or enhancing diversity and collaboration initiatives.

She empowers leaders by providing them with essential information about their personality profile that helps them gain a new understanding of the core dynamics that repeatedly get in the way of accomplishing their goals. Her leadership programs are custom designed to help you develop and/or reshape your leadership style, management and growth capabilities. Derilene believes "Leaders who learn how to incorporate new leadership styles will create significant and sustainable change within their organizations."

She has worked with the Federal Communications Commission, The Provident Bank, and Global Design Interactive. She was the host of The Process, a radio coaching call-in show on WYRE 810AM in Annapolis.

She holds a B.A. in Communications from Rutgers University in New Brunswick, New Jersey and is certified as an Emotional Intelligence (EQ) facilitator. She is a member of the Center for Creative Leadership (CCL) and is certified by CCL to administer their 360-Degree Leadership Assessment Tools. Additionally, she is certified in DiSC Assessment Instruments. She is a member of the International Association of Coaches and the Leader-to-Leader Institute.
